Your Host and guide - Jasmine Itter
Jasmine is creator of connections - she connects the mind to the body, she connects us to one another, and she connects us to the relationship we have to our precious natural world. She is a mother of an adult daughter, and a somatic therapist and teacher.
She has spent almost three decades working with the body’s innate intelligence. Jasmine creates both physical and energetic containers strong enough to hold deep transformation. Whether working one-on-one or guiding groups, her presence invites others into alignment with their most authentic selves.
